MyBurger Mac Groveland
MyBurger is a Minneapolis-based, family-run fast-casual burger restaurant established in 2004 that has recently opened the doors to its 5th location—Mac Groveland, located in St. Paul. Fame has been an important partner to the history of MyBurger by developing their brand identity and a scalable environmental design that allows each location to be unique and localized to the surrounding community—creating a memorable experience for the consumer. To increase excitement and awareness about the opening of its 5th location, I was tasked with creating a 1-minute digital campaign that would live on the restaurant's social media pages.
illustrated murals
In addition to the animated digital campaign, I had the pleasure of designing and illustrating these two, larger-than-life murals that are displayed as framed artwork on the walls inside the new MyBurger Mac Groveland location. Continuing the tradition of infusing aspects of the local community into the store, I set out to capture the essence of the surrounding neighborhood in the murals to give it the localized feel MyBurger fans have grown to love. Taking cues from the friendly small-town vibe of Mac Groveland, you'll find a Little Free Library, a historic Queen Anne style home, a tribute to Macalester College, an homage to a late 1800s schoolhouse and St. Paul's only outdoor Zamboni.
